The Shamanic Worldview: Everything is Alive™
Through shamanic journeying, we experience that everything is interconnected and ensouled
Shamanic experience shows us: everything that exists is alive and ensouled. We are connected to everything and are ultimately one, an integral part of the totality of nature: we are nature. This experience is fundamental to the shamanic worldview, which participants will practically explore in this online workshop. There are numerous possibilities for applying the newly acquired knowledge by transferring it into the context of personal everyday life.
As is common in Core Shamanism, participants are not required to believe or adopt any predetermined content. Instead, the focus is on transmitting methods by which they can research and find out for themselves. The wealth of experience expands successively, step by step, through the application of shamanic techniques. Participants are thus enabled to carve out their own spiritual worldview, which is based on their personal experience and therefore has power. This way, we clearly realize that we are beings in a complex networked environment, in which we can act in an ethical way on our own responsibility.
Shamanism does not present an intellectual “concept” of how to understand natural phenomena. Rather, it is a straightforward, simple and elegant narrative of nature itself – a way of how to perceive, grasp, participate in and contribute to balancing the natural play of powers through one’s own experience. In this sense, shamanism can be understood as a spiritual ecology.
The online workshop “The Shamanic Worldview: Everything is Alive” addresses the following aspects of shamanic work in a practical way:
- Acquiring experiential knowledge about the shamanic worldview by means of shamanic journeys and other methods
- Developing one’s own spiritual independence
- Becoming aware of ecological interrelations and the sacred nature of our world
- Experience of unity: we are part of the totality of nature and are connected to it
- Practical opportunities to participate in maintaining or restoring balance
Prerequisite for participation is completion of the Basic Workshop “The Way of the Shaman®” OR the two online introductory workshops “The Shamanic Journey to Power and Knowledge” and “Essentials of Shamanic Divination”.
