Dr. Omar Osman

Omar Osman was born in 1962 in Geneva, Switzerland. He is of Afghan origin. Educated in Switzerland, he studied medicine and chose a professional career as psychiatrist and psychotherapist. After almost 20 years of working in an institutional context he initiated a private group practice in 2009, following a multidisciplinary approach.

After discovering core shamanism he participated in FSS workshops with great interest, and has been practicing it intensively since then.

For Omar Osman it is important not to mix shamanism and psychotherapy, in order to preserve the coherence of each one of these systems.
