Dipl.-Soz.Päd. David Vust

David Vust was born in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1973. Together with his wife and his two children he is living in Potsdam, Germany. After two vocational training in the field of gastronomy he has studied Social Work / Social Pedagogy in Berlin, and has been further educating himself in several counseling and therapeutic approaches.

As scientific assistant he is contributing to various research projects in the area of Youth welfare. Furthermore David Vust is freelancing as counselor, supervisor, trainer and non-medical practitioner, with focus on psychotherapy.

His first encounter with shamanism was rather incidentally and dominated by skepticism. However, the subsequent experiences were fundamental in nature and initiated personal as well as a change of world view. Since then David Vust has been studying shamanism theoretically as well as practically and is integrating it in accompanying persons through periods of crisis.
