Conditions of participation
No prior knowledge is necessary to attend the Basic Workshop "The Way of the Shaman®" or the online workshop "The Shamanic Journey to Power and Knowledge". Completion of the Basic Workshop entitles you to attend most of the Advanced Workshops (exceptions: Core Shamanic Soul Retrieval™, Advanced Shamanic Healing Practice, and Three-Year Program, for which more advanced prerequisites are defined).
The Foundation for Shamanic Studies Europe is an internationally active organization. The organization of workshops is decentralized and takes place in the respective regions. Accordingly, we ask you to contact the indicated organizers directly for details and registration for the workshops. Please see the workshop search.
The exact times vary depending on workshop, region and venue. The following time structure should serve as an orientation (including breaks in each case):
- Basic workshop "The Way of the Shaman": Saturday 9 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Advanced workshops (weekend): Friday 4 p.m. - 6.30 p.m., 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday 09 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Sunday 09 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Advanced workshops (multiple days) and programmes: daily 9.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m., 8.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m.
- Online workshops: Workshops á 3 hours: 6.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.
- Full-day workshops: 9.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m., 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
The following participation fees are indicative prices for Germany and Austria, which may vary regionally:
- Basic Workshop "The Way of the Shaman®": € 180.-
- The Shamanic Journey to Power and Knowledge: € 90.-
- Advanced workshops (Weekend - 2 or 3 days): € 320.-
- Advanced workshop (online - 2 days): € 250.-
- Harner Shamanic Counseling (4 days): € 520.-
- The Power of the Mountains (1 week): € 520.-
- Change and Transformation – Core Shamanic One Year Online Training Program: between € 1.300.- and € 1.600.-; depending on the number of modules and payment method)
- Three-year program (three times 1 week each): per meeting € 990.-
The number of participants is limited for all workshops; in your own interest, timely registration is recommended.
The minimum age for attending a workshop is 18 years. Participants in all workshops must be physically and mentally stable. Participation is on the participant's own responsibility. The FSSE reserves the right to reject participants without giving reasons and to cancel workshops.
In case of cancellation, the following general cancellation penalties will be applied: 0 % up to two weeks before the workshop; 50 % less than two weeks before workshop; 100 % less than three days before workshop.
Variations may occur as issues of fees and refunds for weekend workshops have to be negotiated with the FSSE faculty member teaching the workshop.
