Data Protection and Disclosure
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the registration process for workshops and other events, the IP data of the connection owner is stored as part of cookies, as well as the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the interested party or participant, if specified.
The data you provide is required for workshop / event registration or for the implementation of legal measures. Without this data, we cannot process your registration and/or application.The data will be stored for the administration of the event in question or the requested media. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of internal forwarding within the framework of the FSSE or FSS, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the newspaper, and to our tax advisor for fulfillment of our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the registration process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the case of a workshop or event registration, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years) or for use in the context of the newspaper and newsletter dispatch (see below) for an indefinite period or until revoked.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via the website. For this we need your full name and e-mail address. By sending this information in an informal e-mail to email@example.com, with the request to receive the newsletter, you agree to receive the newsletter. Alternatively, you can request the newsletter by clicking on the corresponding box during workshop registration.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then delete your data from the newsletter distribution list.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
time of the server request,
are usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We have also extended Google Analytics on this website with the code "anonymizeIP". This guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
The user data will be retained for a period of 2 years.

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
