Declaration of data protection

The protection of your personal data is of special concern to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of and in accordance with the legal norms (GDPR, TKG 2003). This Declaration of Data Protection informs about the main aspects of data processing in connection with this Website.

If you get in touch with us using the mail form on this website or by sending an email to us, the data you provide will be stored for six months in order to process and answer your request and an eventual follow-up. We will not forward those data to third parties without your consent.

Data Storage
We notify you that – in order to be able to offer you a simple procedure for registering for our workhops – we use cookies to store the IP-data of the computer you contact us from as well as your name, address, phone number and email-address if provided by you.

The data provided by you are necessary to process your registration for a workshop as well as to take the preparatory steps for a contract about your participation. Without those data we cannot complete your registration for a workshop. We do not forward your data to third parties, with the exeption of an internal processing of the data within the FSSE and the FSS as well as an external contractor for the fulfillment of the mailing of our print newspaper and to our tax accountant for fulfilling our fiscal duties.

In the event of you aborting the registration process, your data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a completed registration for a workshop all data related to the contract between you and us will be stored for the entire duration of the fiscally required storage time (7 years) and – for an infinite time until explicit cancellation by you – for the purpose of sending you our printed newspaper and our email-newsletter (see below).

The processing of your data takes place strictly based on and in accordance with the repective legal norms of § 96 Par. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Par. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b. (necessary for fulfilling the contract) of GDPR.

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. We need your full name and email-address for this. By submitting this information in an informal email to, including the request to receive our newsletter, you agree to receive our newsletter. Alternatively you can in the course of registering for a workhop subscribe to the newsletter by ticking the respective box.

You can cancel your subscription of the newsletter at any time. Please, send an informal message with your cancellation to this email-adress: We will then delete your data.

Our website uses so called “cookies.” These are small textfiles, which are stored on your computer with the help of your web browser. They do not cause any harm.

We use cookies to make our services more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your computer until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser at your next visit on our website.

The IP-address communicated by your browser through Google Analytics is not connected with other data by Google. Additionally we have extended Google Analytics with the code “anonymizeIP”. This guarantees that your IP-address is masked and that all data are gathered in an anonymous way. Only in exeptions the full IP-address is transferred to a server in the US and shortened there.

As a contractor of the proprietor of this website, Google will use this information to analyze your usage of the website, to compile reports about website-activities and to realize further services for the proprietor of this website. You can stop the storage of cookies through the respective settings of your browser. However, we would like to inform you that in this case not all functionalities of our website may be available to you.
